Whether you are currently in an abusive relationship or dealing with the long-lasting effects of childhood trauma, the scars of abuse can feel overwhelming and isolating.

My goal is to help you heal from both present and past abuse, reclaim your sense of self, and rediscover the person you were always meant to be. Whether the abuse is ongoing or from your past, we will work together to understand its impact, heal the wounds, and break free from the lies that have held you back.

Narcissistic Abuse

The emotional and psychological abuse inflicted by a narcissist is real, and it can be incredibly difficult to navigate. I am deeply committed to advocating for those who have experienced this type of trauma, whether it’s happening in your current relationship or if you’re still processing the effects from past relationships.
